UFP hosts a masterclass on Agile with Blip
On 29 May UFP hosted a masterclass on the fundamentals of Agile, led by Vânia Silva, Agile Coach at Blip, which combined theory and practice over almost three hours.
The participants covered the essentials of agile methods — Scrum, Kanban, estimation and metrics — and then put them to the test. First they had to build the tallest possible structure with only A4 paper, post-its and a paper clip; in the next iteration the requirements changed and stability became the goal. The session also simulated a real sprint, with changing priorities, bugs in production and a team member suddenly unavailable.
