Indoor Location and Tracking using BLE beacons (use-cases at HE-UFP)

The aim of this project is to build a system for locating, guiding and tracking objects inside buildings, using Bluetooth Low Energy beacons.

The project is carried out in partnership with Hospital-Escola Fernando Pessoa. In the hospital, the goal is to provide applications that help patients find their way to the different health services.

It is also planned to track mobile diagnostic equipment, so that it can be located in real time inside the health unit.
